We are looking for a sales manager for water treatment and recycling technologies. The role is split roughly 70 % sales and 30 % marketing. You will look for solutions together with our customers and turn them into real projects with our technologists.

What will your role involve?

Sales and customers

• Responsibility for meeting the sales plan and growing our market share.
• Actively seeking out new customers, projects and business opportunities.
• Building long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Identifying customer needs and finding solutions together with the technology team.
• Managing the sales case from the first contact to signing the contract.
• Preparing quotations, presentations and tender documentation.
• Coordinating the commercial part of major technology projects.

Market and marketing

• Monitoring the market, the competition, legislative trends and new applications.
• Developing business activities in selected foreign markets.
• Preparing for and attending trade fairs, conferences and professional events.
• Creating case studies, references and content for LinkedIn.
• Contributing to the sales and marketing strategy of New Water Group.
• Close cooperation with management, technologists and the project team.

Success in this role

You actively develop business opportunities, meet the sales plan and help make sure that the technologies and installations of New Water Group get the visibility they deserve on the market.

What we require

Experience and expertise

• Secondary school or university education with a technical focus.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in a technical, technological or industrial company.
• Experience with B2B, project or technical sales.
• The ability to understand a technical solution and translate it into business benefits.
• English at min. B2 level.
• Driving license category B and willingness to travel in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Personal qualities

• You know how to listen, ask the right questions and build relationships.
• You work independently and systematically, and you see cases through to a result.
• You have good communication and presentation skills.
• You can connect customer needs with the work of the technology team.
• You enjoy sales, technology and measurable results.

Water management experience is an advantage, not a condition

We will appreciate experience with water management, membrane processes, environmental technologies or the process industry. We will teach you water technology ourselves.

We are looking for a project delivery manager for water treatment and recycling technologies. You will lead MINT® projects from taking over the order all the way to commissioning the technology and handing it over to the customer.

• The whole project: budget, schedule, suppliers and implementation.
• Technical growth: the support of our technologists and professional training in MINT®.
• A visible result: technology successfully handed over to the customer.

What will your role involve?

Project, budget and deadlines

• Responsibility for the delivery of complex MINT® technology packages.
• Taking over the project after the commercial and technological preparation.
• Setting up, checking and keeping to the project budget.
• Preparing and managing the implementation schedule.
• Responsibility for completing the order and handing it over properly to the customer.
• Delivery of commercial, innovation and development projects.

Suppliers and implementation

• Selection of, communication with and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Requests for quotation, evaluation of offers and coordination of purchasing.
• Developing relationships with key suppliers.
• Coordination of production, assembly, installation and commissioning.
• Compiling implementation, supplier and handover documentation.
• Coordination of service activities and the SMART CARE® program.
• Cooperation with the technology, engineering design and sales teams.

Your role in the project

This is not about administrative tracking of spreadsheets. You directly influence how the technology is created, how it is built and how it is handed over to the customer.

What we require

Professional background

• Secondary school or university education with a technical focus.
• Suitable fields: water management, chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• Technical and logical thinking.
• Economic thinking and the ability to work with a budget.
• PC literacy and knowledge of standard office software.
• English at a communicative level is an advantage.

Management and cooperation

• The ability to organize and manage a project independently.
• Planning your work and meeting deadlines.
• Communication with suppliers, partners and customers.
• Independence, reliability and responsibility for the result.
• Driving license category B.
• Willingness to travel in connection with project implementation.

Experience is an advantage, not a necessary condition

We will also welcome an experienced technician, technologist or designer who wants to take the next professional step. You do not have to be a water specialist from day one, we will train you thoroughly in MINT® technologies.
