Who are we looking for and what do we expect from you?

We help protect and improve water quality with maximum respect for the environment by applying "MINT intelligent membrane systems" in water treatment and recycling. If you share this sense of responsibility, enjoy combining technology with AI, and want to bring us your energy, creativity, and passion for technology — and grow within a dynamic engineering-technology team — and you are a UNIVERSITY GRADUATE in technology, chemistry, engineering, or water management, or a starting JUNIOR technologist, then we are looking for you.

What will your role involve?

  • learn new things, cooperate with the senior technologist on the technical part of MINT-based projects, evaluate operational results, and contribute your ideas to innovation
  • prepare materials for technology basic-design proposals, including balance and design calculations, lists of machines and equipment, and inputs for instrumentation, control, and software
  • active cooperation with engineering design, production, and project implementation
  • technological cooperation on R&D — research and development of new technological solutions for water treatment, purification, and recycling, plus participation in technology commissioning and cooperation on pilot and semi-operational verification of technologies.

What we require

  • University degree with a chemical-technological focus (membrane processes, chemical engineering, technology, physical chemistry, or water management),
  • Knowledge of membrane processes (MF, UF, NF, RO) and water treatment technologies is an advantage,
  • English at min. B2 level; Russian is an advantage,
  • PC literacy with standard application software, knowledge of technology design and modeling tools, basic knowledge of CAD software,
